Help Your Fleet Clients
Become Better Risks

Commercial auto is the hardest line you place. Fleet Safety IQ gives your small-fleet clients an AI dashcam safety program that changes how they drive — and gives you renewal-ready documentation to put in front of underwriters.

We don't sell insurance No cost to brokers Client owns the data Fleets of 1–200 vehicles

"Clean Record" Isn't
a Safety Program

Your small-fleet clients are watching their commercial auto premiums climb year after year — and they're asking you why. Nuclear verdicts, higher repair costs, and more vehicles on the road are pushing rates up across the whole line.

Underwriters increasingly want evidence that a fleet is actively managing driver risk, not just hoping nothing happens. Large fleets have safety directors and telematics reports. The 12-truck HVAC company usually has a handshake and a good feeling about its drivers.

That's the gap Fleet Safety IQ closes — so you're not walking into a renewal with nothing to show but the loss runs.

A Documented Program

Evidence of an active, ongoing safety program with a named partner behind it — not a box checked once.

Fleet Safety IQ provides documentation, not underwriting outcomes. Credits, discounts, and terms are set by each carrier and vary by state, class of business, fleet size, and loss history.

Fleets with a recent at-fault loss or frequency problem
Clients with young, new, or high-turnover drivers
Businesses with branded vans driving through neighborhoods and job sites

"I spent more than 20 years running transportation programs — from building a corporate shuttle operation from scratch to leading a fleet of 700+ vehicles. I've sat on the buyer's side of the renewal table. Fleet Safety IQ exists to give small business fleets the kind of safety program that used to be reserved for the big operators — and to give their brokers something real to bring to market."

Common Questions From Brokers

Is Fleet Safety IQ an insurance agency?
No. Fleet Safety IQ does not sell, quote, or place insurance and does not compete with brokers or agents. We provide the AI dashcam and GPS safety program; you stay your client's insurance advisor.
Will my clients get an insurance discount?
Possibly, but it is never guaranteed. Some carriers offer credits or more favorable terms for fleets with documented, active safety programs. Availability and amounts vary by carrier, state, class of business, and loss history. We give your client the documentation; the underwriting decision stays with the carrier.
Who controls the driving data?
Your client does. Fleet Safety IQ does not sell fleet data or send it to insurers. Safety reports are shared with you or a carrier only when the client chooses to share them — which keeps the trust where it belongs.
What does it cost the broker?
Nothing. There's no cost to introduce clients or to use Fleet Safety IQ reports in a renewal conversation. Clients subscribe to the safety program directly.
What if my client's carrier already has its own telematics program?
Some carriers do. We're happy to talk through how a client's existing program and Fleet Safety IQ compare so they can make the right call — the goal is a safer fleet, not a turf war.
